1. Sourcing/Purchasing Assistant - Industrial Supplies.
- Responsible for sourcing and development of industrial supplies.
- Manage & responsible for vendor evaluation & product quality.
- Source and select suitable suppliers, term negotiation, tracking product quotation, samples, orders and confirmation.
- Manage & responsible for execution and completion of order processing includes placing orders, factory visits, in-line inspection (if assigned), final inspection (if assigned), production control and follow up, logistic coordination, etc...
Requirement:
- Career oriented, Self-driving, Confident, Resourceful, Experienced & Organized local Chinese.
- Extensive sourcing experience in the field of industrial supplies.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a trading or retail company.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong MS Office software skills required.
- Able to travel upon request.
2. Accountant
Job Description:
- Manage daily cash flow, financial budget & control.
- Bookkeeping and financial statement report.
- Daily payment, expenses & reimbursements process and banking management.
- All tax related issues.
- Joint Annual Inspection of Overseas Investment application (联合年检).
- Other accounting related legal issue.
- Annual Audit supporting.
Requirement:
- Smart, self-motivated, and with highest integrity.
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
- 2 years min. related working experience, CPA preferred.
- Familiar with KINGDEE software.
- Must have good understanding of both local and Hong Kong accounting standards.
- Familiar with foreign enterprise regular accounting issues.

3.Quality Control Inspector
Job Description:
- Responsible for all related technical support for new products, assist to create and set up product technical standard, QA program & quality control criteria.
- Perform sample inspection, if improvement needed, provide assistance and solution to the supplier to achieve client's requirement.
- Undertake & Responsible for factory audit and evaluation, in-line inspection & pre-shipment inspection.
Requirements:
- Local Chinese.
- Bachelor degree in engineering field.
- Require very good knowledge in industrial products, categories, quality, levels, analysis, application etc...
- At least 3 years similar job experiences.
- Familiar with production processes, Europe & North America standard.
- Able to travel extensively.
